AXPA Systems

All the context, in one place

Every layer of information you need to fly safely, merged into one immersive experience.

Immersive 3D map

A digital twin of where you fly

Visualize terrain, buildings and airspace volumes (AirVoxel) in 3D. Instantly grasp what surrounds your operation and at what altitude.

  • 3D buildings and urban areas from cadastral sources
  • Design flight paths and operation volumes in 3D
  • Export the mission to your drone (supported models)

Airspace & UAS zones

UAS zones, building by building

Airspace, UAS geographical zones and aerodromes from official sources (like ENAIRE), complemented by the generic zones of the Spanish UAS regulation, which AXPA computes nationwide: millions of geometries, building by building.

  • Official airspace, aerodromes and UAS zones (ED-318)
  • Generic zones computed building by building (5 and 30 m)
  • Urban areas with their 150 m envelope
  • Essential infrastructure identified on the map

End-to-end viability

Every analysis, one traffic light

Not just weather: the viability engine crosses weather, GNSS, mobile coverage, radio link and line of sight over your operation volume, and tells you where and when you can fly.

  • Five states on the map: viable, conditional, permit required, U-Space and not viable
  • 15-day forecast with the IFS (high-resolution) and AIFS (AI) models
  • GNSS viability (DOP), Kp index and RF interference
  • VLOS with observers and RLOS with multiple GCS
Mobile coverage

Will you have signal where you fly?

An estimate of mobile coverage over the terrain, with its scale in dBm, computed by AXPA using radio propagation models. You set your own thresholds and it becomes one more constraint in the viability traffic light.

  • 11 carriers, including MVNOs and IoT/NB-IoT profiles
  • Choose technology and band: 5G, 4G, 3G or 2G
  • Worst and average signal sampled across your volume, with a verdict
  • It measures the connectivity you need as a pilot, not the drone's link
  • Download your area's coverage and work offline
  • AXPA's own estimate, not data supplied or validated by the operators

Live air traffic

See who else is in the air

Real traffic on your map, with each aircraft's altitude, speed and heading. Situational awareness before you take off, not after.

  • Live positions fused from cooperative surveillance sources
  • Full readout: registration, MSL and AGL altitude, vertical speed
  • Filter by altitude and keep only what affects you
  • For situational awareness purposes only

Roadmap

And if it isn't viable, exactly what you still need

When an area doesn't come out green, AXPA doesn't stop at "no": it generates the specific procedures for that operation, who handles each one and how much notice you need.

  • Steps by phase: preparation, coordination, authorisations and flight
  • Responsible authority and deadline for each procedure
  • Direct link to the official resource
  • Progress saved alongside your operation
And if it isn't viable, exactly what you still need
Operational limits

Your drone's limits, not the manual's

Choose your aircraft and your category, and the platform works out what you can do with it: maximum height, distance to people, flight mode and which notifications you must file.

  • Maximum height, crowds and urban overflight by subcategory
  • Open category A1/A2/A3 and Specific category scenarios
  • Warns you if the pilot lacks the ratings for that category
  • Class marking (C0–C6) and MTOM taken from the model catalogue

Compliance support

Regulations, clear and in view

A regulatory engine built on European standards (SORA, ED-318, RD 517/2024). It highlights the restrictions and requirements that apply to your operation, presenting current regulations clearly and directly.

  • Requirements and restrictions highlighted per operation
  • Population density for ground risk
  • Up to date with EASA rules and RD 517/2024

SORA risk, visual and understandable
Specific Category · SORA

SORA risk, visual and understandable

Assess your operation under the SORA/PDRA framework as you design it: compute the SAIL, visualize viability on the map and understand what each scenario implies. And if you already hold an Operational Authorization, load it and plan within its volume.

  • Automatic SORA/PDRA computation (SAIL I–VI)
  • STS standard scenarios and Open Category A1/A2/A3
  • Reuse your Authorizations as operation templates
  • Viability visualized within the authorized volume
Coordinate drones and pilots
Fleet & team

Coordinate drones and pilots

Manage your aircraft inventory, pilot credentials and team permissions. Multi-organization and multi-tenant, ready to scale.

  • Maintenance, inspections and pre/post-flight checklists
  • Pilot currency and training records
  • Flight log import (DJI)
  • Custom roles and permissions (RBAC)

Built on aeronautical standards

Regulatory rigor and official data on every mission.
